Our staff whom work in our Wills & Estates Division specialize in locating individuals whom are named as a beneficiary on an individual’s will. Due to the Freedom of Information & Privacy Act our search specialists are not provided with the name of the deceased party nor the contents of the estate this is to protect the privacy of the deceased person and the integrity of their estate. Our Wills & Estates Division is only paid if we locate the beneficiary, therefore if we provide the beneficiary the contact information of the Estate Company whom hired us the Estate Company can close their file with us therefore we don’t get paid. To ensure that we are paid for our services it is our company policy not to release the contact information of the estate company.

· Our Team of Search Specialists whom work in the Wills & Estates Division are trained in showing compassion when dealing with beneficiary’s over the telephone and understand how some individuals may be alarmed to know that someone they have known has passed away.
